Payment Terms
A 50% upfront deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery or launch.

Revisions
The project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and depend on timely feedback and content delivery from the client. Delays in communication or materials may affect the final delivery date.

Ownership & Portfolio Rights
Full ownership of the final website is transferred to the client upon full payment. The developer reserves the right to showcase the completed project in their portfolio.

Cancellation Policy
If the project is canceled after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Any additional completed work beyond the deposit may be billed accordingly.

Hosting & Domain
Clients are responsible for hosting and domain registration fees unless otherwise agreed. Assistance can be provided during setup.

Content Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing all required content (text, images, branding materials). Delays in content submission may affect the project timeline.

Third-Party Services & Liability
The developer is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, plugins, hosting providers, or any modifications made after project completion.

Maintenance & Support
Free maintenance is provided for the agreed period based on the selected package. Ongoing support after this period may be available at an additional cost.

Late Payments
Late payments may result in project delays and may incur additional charges if significantly overdue.
